Privacy

Privacy boundaries should be understandable.

Think is designed around local, on-device AI. This page explains the public privacy posture of the website and product.

Scope

This privacy policy explains how Think handles information for this website, support communications, and the public privacy posture of the Think app. It does not replace the privacy notices of Apple, Discord, Vercel, email providers, or other third-party services.

Controller and contact

The Think App Store publisher operates this website and app. For privacy, support, or security questions, contact contact@tlon.sh.

App data

Think is marketed as a local-first AI agent workspace. For supported local AI workflows, prompts, files, model inputs, tool results, and model outputs are intended to remain on your device instead of being sent to a hosted AI service.

The app may store agent sessions, chats, files, model metadata, generated outputs, settings, tool results, and related app data locally on your device so the app can function.

Some actions still require or may use network access, including downloading the app from the App Store, downloading model assets, checking model repositories, using remote model providers, using web search, receiving software updates, opening external links, joining Discord, or sending email support requests.

If you choose a remote model provider, your prompt, conversation context, tool results, files, or other selected content may be sent to that provider under the provider's own terms and privacy policy.

Data processed only on your device and not transmitted to Think is not accessible to Think through this website.

Website hosting data

This static marketing website does not require an account to read public pages. The hosting provider may process standard request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer, timestamp, and similar technical data to deliver the website, protect the service, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability.

Web analytics

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, referrers, device categories, operating systems, browsers, and page views. Vercel describes Web Analytics as cookie-free and based on anonymized data rather than cross-site tracking cookies.

Analytics is used to improve the website and understand which public pages are useful. It is not used to profile app prompts, local files, model content, or private app usage.

Support communications

If you contact Think by email, the team receives your email address, message, and any information you include. This information is used to respond to your request, troubleshoot reported issues, maintain records, prevent abuse, and improve support quality.

Do not send passwords, private keys, sensitive documents, confidential prompts, health information, payment information, or other secrets in support messages.

Third-party services

The website and app may interact with Apple, model repositories, remote model providers, web search services, Discord, email, hosting providers, analytics providers, and external websites. These services are operated by third parties and have their own privacy practices. Think does not control those services.

HealthKit and sensitive data

On iOS, Think may request permission to read selected HealthKit data such as steps, heart rate, active energy, walking or running distance, sleep analysis, and workouts. HealthKit access is optional and controlled by Apple permission prompts and Health app settings.

HealthKit-enabled features are intended for personal informational use only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, emergency support, or a substitute for a qualified professional.

Health, financial, legal, biometric, confidential, and similarly sensitive information should be used only with local workflows unless you intentionally choose a network-connected feature and accept the applicable third-party terms.

App Store privacy details

Apple requires developers to keep App Store privacy responses accurate and up to date. Think's App Store privacy details should match the app's actual data collection, third-party SDKs, analytics, crash reporting, support flows, and any data transmitted off-device.

Legal bases

Where a legal basis is required, Think processes website hosting data and security logs for legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the website. Support messages are processed to respond to user requests and maintain support records. Analytics is processed to measure aggregate website usage and improve public pages.

Retention

Website hosting and analytics data are retained according to Vercel's service configuration and retention practices. Support messages may be retained for as long as needed to respond, maintain records, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve support quality.

Security

Think uses reasonable technical and organizational measures for the website and support workflows. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Security reports can be sent to contact@tlon.sh.

Children

Think is not presented as a service directed to children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through support channels, contact the team so the request can be reviewed.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent for personal information processed by Think. To make a privacy request, email contact@tlon.sh.

International processing

Website hosting, analytics, email, App Store, and Discord services may process data in countries other than your country of residence. Third-party services apply their own transfer mechanisms and privacy terms.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the website, app, analytics, support process, or legal requirements change. The date below shows the latest public update.
